Fred Barge DC once asked "Where are the new War Horses"? The question asks: How far are you willing to go? How much are you willing to sacrifice? This is not the time to be small. This is the time to put your armor on and saddle up. Dr. Barge was concerned about a lack of leadership in the ranks of the profession who embraced the Sacred Trust passed on to us. He voiced that concern many years ago and never has it been more acute. Are any of you the new War Horses? I can only hope for the sake of the profession and those we serve that you are out there.
